Realistic Performance Expections
The first month you work with us, we will be getting the foundation of a long and profitable partnership established.
Work in earnest will kick off in the second month and depending on the services that you engage us for you should see marked improvements in your results within 3-6 months, however, with every new client we will provide you with clear, personalised performance expectations, and detailed (but digestible) monthly reporting.

Clear Communication
Throughout your partnership with Optimax Agency, you will receive clear communication, both written and in regular face-to-face or video meetings, detailing where we are at and what we are doing.
We are contactable via phone or email 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri and
we will have either weekly or fortnightly catch-ups, (to ensure we are on track) and monthly meetings to provide comprehensive updates on the previous months' activities and performance.

A Next Business Day Response Promise
We understand how frustrating it is when you are chasing an answer, or require a fix, you put it in writing, and then you hear crickets...
It's our personal pet hate.
At Optimax Agency, unless you receive an out-of-office message otherwise (which will be communicated to you in advance if scheduled), you can expect a response to your emails and phone messages by 5pm the next business day.
